Staging Services and Pricing
Vacant Staging: Free Consultation visit + Free quote - inventory is available for monthly rental
Full Vacant Stage: initial consult, planning, delivery, installation and 1 month rent.
Furniture Rental - Vacant Property: Vacant home needs a few items to complete its look - monthly rental fee
Occupied Staging: Use what is already available, work with sellers to help prepare for an upcoming move and eliminate the need for furnishing rentals.
Walk and Talk Consultation: $199
Tour sellers property detailing edits and changes that can be made, as well as simple tips and tricks to boost property appeal. Walk and talk consultations provide up to 2.5 hours of touring time for a flat rate.
Detailed Consultation Report: + $75 - $100
In addition to the walk and talk, you may choose to receive a detailed report including photos and stager’s suggestions. No need to recall every detail. We will provide you with it.
Occupied Staging: Starting at $399
Save time and energy while we transform your space. We can even give sellers a head start on packing. An initial consult will detail all changes to be made. Client must provide moving boxes and space for edited items.
Staging Tips and Tricks: Free
Every occupied staging client will receive a packet of helpful information on how to prepare for a showing, the ideal bed recipe, moving tips, and more helpful information.
Photo Styling: Help get the perfect photos for your listing. Bring full fluff to help bring your home’s best attribute to life in photos.
Photo Styling Package: $249
Includes up to 3 hours of stylist’s time and fresh flowers
Additional time: +$100/hour
Additional props: Starting at $25 - add colorful art, pillows, or a table spread
